Refunds

​

All products sold by Jackie The Cupcake Queen (“JTCQ”) are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for any purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at jackiethecupcakequeen@hotmail.com within 1 hour of receiving your product. The original product, in full, is required to assess the product. A partial credit may be offered, but is not guaranteed.
 

CancellationsShould you need to cancel your order, a two-week notice is required. Cancellation with less than two-weeks notice will result in a forfeit of your deposit.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 hour if the items are damaged or not to your satisfaction, so we may evaluate the issue. JTCQ is not liable whatsoever for any damage occurred during transportation, once your order has left our premises, JTCQ is not responsible. However, JTCQ will do our best to resolve any issues raised, should you not be satisfied with your order.

Pre-OrdersHoliday preorders are for specific dates only. Please select your specific pickup date and time slot upon checkout. All pre-order payments are due within 24 hours of ordering.

Flowers/Dowels

Please note that some cakes do contain floral decorations that are not edible. Please remove the floral decorations before consumption. Additionally, stacked cakes may contain dowels to secure the cake tiers & decorations in place. Please ensure removal of the dowels before cutting the cake and do not smash anyone's face or body into the cake. JTCQ is not liable whatsoever for any damages or injuries related to the negligence of removing any floral decorations or dowels.
