Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place a custom order?

  • To request a quote please fill out the form on our custom order inquiry page. Once submitted you will receive a response to confirm availability and order details.

How much notice do you need for an order?

  • We typically book up months in advance, so the sooner the better. At least 4 weeks prior to the event is recommended. Please note that we do not take any custom orders during the weeks of major holidays.

How do I pay for my order?

  • All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, due within 48hrs after receiving your invoice. Please note, your order is not secured, until your deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. All payments must be made in the form of e-transfer.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes you may, although deposits/payment are non-refundable, a credit may be held on file for future use (no longer than 2 years from original booking date).

Do you deliver or ship?

  • Unfortunately I do not deliver or ship. All orders are pickup only, in Brampton, Ontario. Addresses is provided upon ordering - closest major intersection is McLaughlin & Bovaird.

What ingredients are in your baked goods?

  • If you have specific dietary concerns, please email us for a full list of ingredients.

What size are your cookies?

  • Mini cookies are approximately 2" in size and our regular standard size cookies are approximately 3-4" in size.

How are the desserts packaged?

  • All desserts come unwrapped in boxes - unless requested otherwise, for an additional cost. Treats can be individually heat sealed in bags/boxes with bows tags at an additional cost.

How do I store the desserts before consumption?

  • Baked goods and chocolate dipped treats are very temperature sensitive. Cakes & cupcakes can be stored in the fridge before your event but are at their best taste and consistency when served at room temperature. We recommend bringing the cake/cupcakes out of the fridge approximately 45min before serving. Cookies should be stored at room temperature - do not store in the fridge. Chocolate dipped treats can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge.

How do I store leftovers?

  • Cake and cupcakes can be placed in air tight containers and refrigerated or frozen for future consumption - be sure to bring to room temperature before consuming. Cookies can be frozen, by placing them on their side, in an air tight container in the freezer. Take them out of the freezer the night before consumption and let the cookies thaw in the air tight container. Removing the cookies from the container before thawing may cause colour bleed and condensation, ruining the designs.
